Impressions Expo (Formerly ISS) Baton Rouge 2020 Attendee Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests for refunds must be received in writing by Thursday, May 15, 2020. No refunds will be given after May 15, 2020 and will be subjected to a $50 cancellation fee. Requests received before the deadline will not be processed until after the close of the event. No refunds will be made for Exhibit Hall Only registrations or any registrations received after May 15, 2020. An organization CAN substitute one person for another without penalty.
Impressions Expo Baton Rouge 2020 Event Restrictions
• No infants or children under the age of 16 will be permitted on the show floor. Proof of age is required. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS! Please note Emerald Expositions reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.
• No cameras or video equipment allowed on the show floor. Violators will be prosecuted.
• No strollers or rolling carts larger than airline carry on size are permitted on the show floor.

Emerald Expositions is committed to compliance with the ADA and offers services at no charge.
In accordance with the ADA rules, attendees requiring specific aids or services must contact Impressions Expo in writing at least two weeks prior to the start date of the show to Nicole Cho at Nicole.Cho@emeraldX.com
Letter of Invitation for International Visitors
Impressions Expo welcomes international visitors from around the world. To obtain travel visas to attend, many US Embassies require that you have an Official Letter of Invitation from Impressions Expo. You can now request the Visa letter during the registration process. The letter of invitation will be automatically emailed to you after you complete the registration. If you do not receive the Visa letter within 24 hours, please call 240-439-2980 with questions.
Non-Exhibiting Industry Supplier, Producer, or Manufacturer Policy
Expo Floor Registration is available to retailers, brand marketers and other industry professionals only. Non-exhibiting industry suppliers, producers, or manufacturers will be charged the regular admission fee of $500 to attend the exhibit hall. Impressions Expo reserves the right to deny admission to any companies or individuals deemed unqualified to attend. Price of admission for a non-exhibiting industry supplier is subject to change. Limit five non-exhibiting industry supplier, producer, or manufacturer registrants per company. Please contact 678-781-7905 with any questions.
